The Making of Super Soft Activists

2022
participatory art

The Making of Super Soft Activists is a participatory artwork, inviting people to subvert signages we see in everyday life into what people want to say, in a subtle and humorous way.

Activism doesn’t always need to be loud or be shouting on the street. We are shy, and many of us are super shy, but we all deserve to have a voice.

Through the form of a workshop, this project is creating a space for people to gather, make, share stories, laugh together, build community, and think about signs and languages in our everyday life.
